Beach Bowl returns with Postgame Entertainment Provided by All American Rejects

DIRECTV Celebrity Beach Bowl is the must-see match-up of Super Bowl weekend. A magnet for national media attention, the Beach Bowl has become a premier event - broadcast to nearly 100 million viewers live and simulcast on two networks.

Over 30 celebrities and professional athletes will storm the beach, setting the stage for a media frenzy. Scheduled to play are: Taylor Lautner (The Twilight Saga: New Moon, Valentine’s Day), Chace Crawford (Gossip Girl), Jessica Szhor (Gossip Girl), Marissa Miller (Victoria’s Secret and Sports Illustrated model), Kevin Dillon (Entourage), Christian Slater (The Forgotten), Guy Fieri (Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives), Eli Manning (New York Giants) and NFL Greats Troy Aikman, Warren Moon, Merill Hoge, Daryl Johnston, Eddie George and Mark Schlereth.Immediately following the game and trophy presentation, a post-game concert will fill the beach with die-hard fans for an unforgettable performance.

The DIRECTV Celebrity Beach Bowl will be played on Saturday, February 6th, 12:30 – 5:00 p.m. right on South Beach, Collins Ave. Pregame festivities start at 1:30 p.m., followed by kickoff at 2:30 p.m. and a postgame concert by the All-American Rejects at 3:30 p.m. It will be attended by over 8,000 fans - packing the sand with VIP athletes, celebrities and musicians for one of Super Bowl weekend’s hottest tickets.
