On Thursday, February 2nd, 2012, at the Rathskeller in Indianapolis, Chicago Bears QB Jim McMahon is set to host a high profile celebrity event at Super Bowl week. The 2012 Super Bowl Bash will be a charity concert event featuring: Ira Dean, Brooke Burrows, Burns and Poe, Steve Azar, and a host of other celebrity performers and entertainers. The event sponsors are: Allied Solutions United Airlines, Smart Water – Vitamin Water, Pinnacle Vodka, Shpoonkle, Pepsi, as well as other notable contributors. Jim McMahon and his celebrity friends will gather for a patriotic American celebration as they honor Wounded Warriors and Troops returning from Iraq & Afghanistan. Jim McMahon has had a close relationship with Hope For The Warriors®, and has been a long-time supporter to the military service members. Jim went to Iraq with the USO to visit American forces in the field. The event will feature several musical performances and will be emceed by JD Canon, Radio Personality of Country 97.1 HANKFM. Jim will host 21 Wounded Warriors as honored guests. Additionally, Mayor and First Lady Ballard may make a special appearance, schedule permitting.

The LMF is a nonprofit foundation was founded several years ago by Jim McMahon in honor of his late sister and benefits initiatives in literacy.
