Sporting one of the most ambitious invite lists in recent memory, the Bentley of Tampa Bay Players After Party could definitely be the place to be once the big game is in the books. On Sunday, February 1st, 2009, between 9:00pm and 3:00am, the Mirage Nightclub in Tampa will serve as the venue for this Super Bowl Party, hosted by Prestigious Global Entertainment and the Bucs' own veteran Greg Spires. The planners have aimed high, sending invitations out to: Michael Jordan, Michael Phelps, Alicia Keys, Kanye West, Serena Williams, Kimbo Slice, Joey Porter, and both teams in Super Bowl XLIII.
Greg Spires is no stranger to Super Sunday, sporting a ring from his the Tampa Bay Bucs' win in Super Bowl XXXVII. The former defensive end claims that "athletes don't have a party after the Super Bowl to go to, so we're catering to them." The party should prove to be a great opportunity for sports fans to see their favorite athletes in an up-close and personal setting. "All these other parties during Super Bowl week are charging an arm and a leg just for general entry, with the economy today everybody should be able to go out, celebrate and interact with the 'players,' and that's what we're offering," said Spires.
The music will be provided by "The world's greatest DJ" Kid Capri. The dress code is "prestigious." With a sponsor like Bentley, one can only expect an elegant high-end attraction jam packed with celebrities.
Ticket prices are unknown at this time, but for VIP Service, look no further than PGE's own Edouardo Jordan to set you up. Check out the official website for more info.
