Jose Feliciano, Founder of Jose Feliciano Foundation, is the eldest of a Puerto Rican immigrant father, and French Irish mother – both deaf mutes. He rose above poverty and adversity to become one of the country’s most respected financial planners and is quick to attribute his success to the incredible gift he received from his parents who are deaf. Parents who never see limitations, only endless possibilities.

Jose is passionate about contributing to the deaf community and Paying It Forward. A portion of the proceeds from The Best Party in Texas event will be donated to CSD, the Communication Service for the Deaf. CSD and its partners launched the first nationwide video relay service for the deaf community. This innovative solution allows deaf and hard of hearing individuals to communicate on the telephone with hearing callers through a live video interpreter.

Other charities that will benefit from The Best Party in Texas are the Ronald McDonald House and Habitat for Humanity. Additional charities will be donated to based on the celebrities that attend and their designation of a specific charity. All net proceeds go to charity.
