Chris Rock is like ice cream. Everybody loves Chris Rock. He is one of the top stand up comedians of our time. That being said, $750, is a quite a bit of change, even in light of the fact that an after party is apparently included. Of course, a portion of the proceeds from Chris Rock Live in Concert benefits The HollyRod Foundation, so your philanthropic side may be able to justify the price. Also, I will say, that if there was one comedian I would spend $750 on it would be Chris Rock (now that Mitch Hedburg has left us).
