ESPN The Magazine’s annual Super Bowl party will take place on Friday, February 4th at River Ranch which is a banquet and event facility located inside the Fort Worth Stockyards. 

The theme of ESPN The Magazine’s “NEXT” Super Bowl party will be focused on their year-end issue of the magazine.  That issue of their magazine revolves around naming the next big names in various sports.  ESPN The Magazine’s “NEXT” Super Bowl party is by invitation only and 1,700 partygoers are expected.  The guest list for this event will include celebrities, athletes, sponsors, clients and high-rollers. 

Performing live will be Kid Rock along with Rev Run (one of the founding members of Run D.M.C.) and DJ Rukus.  According to an ESPN press release, “Nelly and Snoop Dogg (will) handle the red carpet hosting duties in the VIP Tent”. 

As with all of the invite-only Super Bowl parties, you will probably be limited to securing tickets via either craigslist.com, ebay.com or an independent ticket broker.

We are hearing that the red carpet will be set up at the North Side which may allow fans a chance to see their favorite celebrity.  There are a number of different venues at the Fort Worth Stockyards, in addition to River Ranch, so be sure to do your research beforehand.

Keep in mind that ESPN The Magazine is putting on a free, interactive event at the same location on Saturday, February 5th during daytime hours.  This event is called “The Next Tailgate” and is not the same as the legendary party that will be taking place on Friday night.
