The Maxim Super Bowl Party

Details about the upcoming Maxim Super Bowl party are slowly leaking in. The location has been chosen, and the festivities will occur at the unique RITZ Ybor, a newly restored historic multi-use event facility, located in the heart of Ybor City, Tampa. The party which will take place on January 30th, 2009, will be invite-only, with many celebrities and VIPs expected to attend.
Last year, at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, the Maxim Super Bowl Party boasted wall-to-wall celebrities, a tunnel entrance surrounded by dozens of big-screen plasma televisions, entertainment by T-Pain and Akon, and cocktails featuring Patron Tequila. Celebs who attended last year's event included: Steve Nash, Rick Fox, Kristen Cavallari, Kim Kardashian, Terrell Owens, Michael Clarke-Duncan, (McLovin) Christopher Mintz-Plasse, David Spade, Cindy Crawford, Kevin Dillon, Adrian Grenier, Ian Ziering, Stacy Keibler, Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, John Elway, Ian Ziering, Ne-Yo, Ludacris, Adam Sandler, Ryan Seacrest, Larry David, Nick Lachey, Reggie Bush, and Maria Menounos.
This year's party should be a bit warmer, as last year many guests huddled up to portable heaters to battle against the chilly elements. DJ AM, disc jockey to the stars, has been slated spin at the 2009 bash.
Passes to this party are always tough to come by, and ticket brokers may be the only source for admission available, most likely for an exorbant amount.
