Maxim Super Bowl Party at Fair Park’s Centennial Hall
It wouldn’t be Super Bowl week without Maxim Magazine throwing their annual Super Bowl party. Maxim’s 11th annual Super Bowl Party will be taking place at Fair Park’s Centennial Hall in Dallas on Saturday, February 5th, 2011. Centennial Hall is a huge exposition venue that houses the annual State Fair of Texas. Maxim is keeping with the state fair theme for their Super Bowl party, albeit with a twist. Reports have circulated that the event will be like a state fair with more adult beverages, and adult themes. In addition to all the glamour provided by the huge number of celebrities, athletes and models in attendance, there will be fair-inspired decorations, activities and cocktails. Expect to see everything from ring toss games to fortune tellers to cotton candy used as a garnish in cocktails. This will be an invite-only event and 1,500 partygoers are expected. There will be a surprise musical performer that you can bet will be A-list. Since details are a bit limited on this year’s Maxim Super Bowl Party, we will provide a glimpse of what to expect by citing our review of their Super Bowl party from last year. The Maxim Super Bowl party was an outdoor extravaganza featuring gorgeous women as far as the eye can see, as is usually the case at a Maxim event. The celebrities came out to play as well, with guests spotting Nick Lachey, Vanessa Minnillo, Nelly, Marissa Miller, Audrina Patridge, Jermaine Dupri, Olivia Munn, Wilmer Valderrama, Jerry Jones, Evander Holyfield, and many more. LMFAO performed their signature Miami song onstage, while partygoers enjoyed Patron cocktails and gourmet crabcakes at this exclusive event. Getting tickets to an invite-only Super Bowl party is not an easy task. Unless you are close, personal friends with a Maxim Magazine employee, we suggest checking vividseats.com and their guarantee looks good to us! We should mention that Maxim’s dedication to putting on amazing Super Bowl parties puts them in a very special class. Along with the Maxim Super Bowl party, ESPN and Playboy will also be throwing over-the-top, celebrity-filled parties during Super Bowl week. Everyone we have talked to has a different opinion on which of these three parties will be the absolute best. What we can tell you right now is that these Super Bowl parties have the most buzz and are the most sought-after amongst all of the other parties and events taking place during Super Bowl week.
