Sports Illustrated Super Bowl Party: Was your invite lost in the mail?

Scottsdale's Barcelona hosts the Sports Illustrated Super Bowl event this year, reportedly going on between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. Of course, this party is invite-only, and we were hard pressed to find tickets on the secondary market. The ones we did find, were a little suspicious. For instance a broker's site offered them for $2,046, but when we added 30 to our shopping cart, all 30 were still available. I highly doubt that they have thirty invites sitting in their inventory. I digress.

One rule of thumb is that the more exclusive a party is, the higher the caliber of celebrities will be in attendance.
