The XLV Party is taking over the infield area of the Cotton Bowl for two nights of events during Super Bowl week.  The Cotton Bowl is an outdoor stadium located in the Fair Park area of Dallas.  A climate-controlled tent will be erected over the infield which will cover 60,000 square feet and include a 5,000 square foot dance floor area. 

Beginning on Friday, February 4th, The XLV Party will put on a series of events that will consist of live music performers along with DJs to create a fun, club-like atmosphere.   The party promoters are projecting that 7,000 to 8,000 partygoers will be attending each night so these events could turn out to big draws.   Doors open each night at 7:00 p.m. and these parties will go until 3:00 a.m.

Friday night – February 4
Friday night will be headlined by indie pop group Passion Pit along with DJ sets by  Lance Herbstrong and the Space Rockers.

Saturday night – February 5
Sublime with Rome is scheduled to headline Saturday night’s party along with Beastie Boys cover band Rhymin’ N Stealin’ and Texas-based alternative rock group Exit 380.  DJing will be DJ Martinson and DJ Pullano.
